     Business Financing Intermediary Network, Inc. (BFIN) is part of an highly innovative, business financing, support and success assurance partnering group. If you are interested in joining BFIN, please complete the application form below.

    Completion of your preliminary application at this time is simply an indication of interest. It does not mean that you agree to join or that your application has been accepted. When we receive your preliminary application we will send you a membership package which will include more detailed information on membership programs, benefits, responsibilities and agreements. Also, upon receipt of your application you will be contacted via email or telephone by someone from BFIN's membership committee.

    As a full member you will own 10,000 shares of stock in BFIN (with vesting tied to performance).

During BFIN's launch period, until July 15, 2007, midnight, EST time in the United States, the annual membership fee is $100 for full members and $50 for associates. We expect that the membership value will increase very quickly because the number of full members world-wide is limited based on population and geography.

    To be a member of BFIN your firm must be a financial intermediary who provides one or more financing services such as equity, mortgage, leasing and factoring. You can also join as an associate, such as a business or real estate broker, who works with a member in a geographical area.
