     To be notified about and review BFIN our projects we ask that you complete the BFIN financier/investor membership form below. Projects are organized into nine financing areas:

     There are nine financing areas available for review. These are:

      • Mergers and Acquisitions


    Non-Real Estate Transactions

      • Debt Financing (e.g. asset-based lending, sale-leasebacks, etc.)
      • Equity (e.g. capital formation, venture capital, DPO, PPM, etc.)
      • Leasing (e.g. equipment leasing companies/lessors; sale-leasebacks, etc.)
      • Cash Flow Financing (e.g. factoring, purchase order financing, notes, etc.)

    Commercial Real Estate Based Transactions

      • Debt Financing (e.g. lenders in general for purchase and/or refinance, etc.)
      • Equity (e.g. equity financiers, such as for development or expansion, etc.)
      • Leasing (e.g. leasing companies/lessors such as NNN Sales-Leaseback, etc.)
      • Cash Flow Financing (e.g. note buyers for seller-carried mortgages, etc.)

Each financing area is coordinated by one or more BFIN Financing Partners. In addition BFIN Service Partners assist project principals with due diligence, management and other tasks to insure that a project is properly presented and has the best possible assurance for success..

     As a BFIN Financier/Investor you receive the benefit of considerable professional screening and review services even before a project is listed in the database (visit here for more information about BFIN Partners.) There is no fee to join, but there may be placement fees in the event that a project investment is made.
